Depression
depression descends......
A dark cloud, a heavy blanket, deep in the dark, foggy forest, a lone existence, in a foreboding land, an inescapable sense of dread descends. Moments of ease and lightness and connectedness are readily replaced by the dreaded, heavy descent once again. I crave relief daily, yet feel unable to cope, powerless to change, and fear that I may be going crazy.
...into light once again...
