Hi, I am Roseanne Cooper
I care deeply about mental health. It is at the heart of living well. I believe that the more we understand ourselves and have the freedom to express our authentic selves, the stronger our relationships and communities. It is my intention to offer a safe, confidential space for you to learn, grow, create, and find hope.
I enjoy working with youth, adult, and seniors. Many of whom have experienced depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, relationship issues, life transitions, domestic violence, trauma, and/or chronic pain. Together we find creative ways to rebuild safety, health boundaries, resilience, and self-worth.
I place great value on cultural diversity and the influence that history has on our daily lives. In particular, I am acutely aware of the varied challenges faced by aboriginal people which invites my deepest compassion and attention.
We are in this together.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#18015) as well as a Registered Art Therapist (43376488). I hold a Masters Degree in Counselling with a Specialization in Art Therapy.
